There is no fee to view properties with us, and in certain instances the landlord will pay part or all of the commission. Should you decide to lease a property we have introduced to you, there is a commission due upon approval. Pursuit to Federal and State Law, I, the undersigned, warrant and represent the statements made herein are true. I, the undersigned, agree that should I or any member of my family/associates rent a premises shown to me by GAMA G LLC, Licensed Real Estate Broker, a Brokerage Fee of (1) One Months Rent to 15% of the Annual Rent is due as commission for the service. I also acknowledge that GAMA G LLC is only authorized to advertise, show the premises for rent, and assist in the screening of rental applications. GAMA G LLC has no authority to make any representation, guarantees, or warranties concerning the premises for rent and its condition.

 

By signing below, you acknowledge the above terms and understand that you have authorized Gama Group, to act as your agent for the procurement of any apartments shown to you and understand that a Credit Report will be obtained by Gama Group or directly with the Landlord at a pre-disclosed rate.
